My girl refuses to bring it up, all “that’s my mom” and shit, but I’m fed up. That’s a hefty sum, and the utter lack of respect is grinding my gears. So, I spoke up myself—fuck waiting around. Her mom hits me with this half-joking, half-serious jab: “Wow, men these days can’t even take care of a girl’s mother, always demanding their money back.”
I’m torn if she’s just messing or straight-up insulting me. What do you reckon, folks? Is this some next-level bullshit?
